CAITLIN M KANE

A creative and passionate stylist, Caitlin knew from a young age the hair industry was for her. Motivated to get a head start on her passion, she was licensed in New York before graduating high school. To Caitlin, hair is an art. She loves how rewarding it is to be a hairstylist.  She was drawn to the beach lifestyle of San Diego, California, where she could study the way the sun & sea paint the hair. Her passion & creativity thrives in creating a natural lived-in look. She has been educated by Habit Salon, Becky Miller, Nine Zero One and Sara May Level 10 in 2018. 

MISSION

To create HEALTHY, low-maintenance, sun-kissed hair. The goal is to get clients as close to their goal as possible while maintaining quality over quantity.

HOW THE MAGIC HAPPENS

Upon your first arrival to the salon, a consultation over email or the phone is a must (in-person consultation is available upon request). Effective communication can make or break a service. Your first color service with CMK STYLING can be expected to last 3-5 hours (depending on the current condition of your hair). As the mission states: it’s about quality not quantity; no short-cuts will be taken. This is a modern color service and is very different than traditional color services. Color services are designed to last 3-8 months, depending on YOU as an individual and the amount of maintenance YOU want to have. After your first initial color service, maintenance appointments last 2-3 hours and completely refresh your look making it brand new.
